I have no idea where you are getting your COA keys but your installation is still counterfeit.

This Microsoft site will explain things.

    Windows License Types Explained

    - OEM SLP and COA SLP product keys, are issued by large computer manufacturers and use SLP (System Locked Pre-installation) technology to bind the license to the original motherboard via the BIOS and software.

The OEM SLP keys self-activate if the corresponding data in the BIOS is correct. OEM SLP keys, which the user can read in the MGADiag report or software like KeyFinder, cannot be used by the end user to manually activate Windows. The COA SLP key is printed on a sticker affixed to the side of the computer case (desktops), or on the bottom of the case (laptops), or in the battery compartment (newer laptops). This is the key for the user to enter manually should he need to activate Windows himself.

Oh god, really? I paid a fair bit of money for that key too :/
I'm sorry but I don't think I'll be able to get your guys help then as I'm seriously tight on funds right now as I would have just switched to another GPU otherwise. Problems have persisted after the clean install too so not sure where to go with this.

Thanks for taking a look but I understand your guys rules on the matter at hand :/

Please keep in mind, you can't buy a legal Windows 7 COA key by it's self.
Legal COA keys come with the legal proper Microsoft DVD.

Their are a lot of crooks selling all kinds of counterfeits of Windows 7 and their COA keys.

@Layback Bear, their should be there

Their is a Possessive pronoun, like 'it is their system'
There is a pronoun pointing to something, like 'there is a place in Paris that is wonderful (disney land)'

    There = Place, location.

Their are a lot of crooks = Is not a place or location.
and their COA keys. = Is not a place or location.

That is my understanding but I'm not a English scholar or teacher.

'there' can be used both literally and figuratively.

There are a lot of crooks.
    It is pointing to something.

I believe this is more correct.
There are a lot of crooks selling all kinds of counterfeits of Windows 7 and their COA keys.
There is pointing to the crooks being at many places.
their is pointing to the COA keys belonging to the OS.
