Yes stock cooling, Antec Three Hundred Black Steel ATX case.

I have a Logitech wireless mouse, wireless Dell keyboard, and wired HP printer that have all been connected since I built the computer.

I added a Cateck USB 3.0 Hub 3 months ago.

I don't assume you know if the Crucial SSD firmware is up to date?

Hard Drives Crucial M4 CT064M4SSD2 2.5" 64GB (boot drive) Western Digital Caviar Black WD1502FAEX 1.5TB

By posting the SSD is the (boot drive) does that mean the OS is installed onto it ? If so, then You should disconnect the storage drive while attempting OS repairs.

I built this machine on Apr 10, 2012. It has run flawlessly, daily until now. I have never updated the firmware on the SSD. It looks like Crucial has an update available. It was released Apr 2, 2013.

    Hi Bat 1,
Yes, the OS is installed on the SSD.

When was the last time your system was cleaned of dust and thermal paste was replaced?
