BSOD caused by ntoskrnl.exe

Hello everyone, Im having troubles recently when I try to stream and yesterday started as well while playing League of Legends.

I play Age of Empires 2, and Im getting BSOD screens only while streaming, if I dont stream the pc works fine, and today it happened again but without streaming, while I were playing LoL.

The error I get is: the computer freezes, and sound etc stop working and I cant even hit ctrl+alt+del, and after few secs the blue screen happens.

in this video you can see what happens, just put at 45:20 and wait until the end to see the error. (this is the error that happens while Im streaming, playing league just go directly to the blue screen)

I tried updating BIOS, drivers, etc, and nothing worked, I thought it could be the RAM, then I made the windows diagnost memory test for over 4h and no errors were found.

My computer is:

Memory: HyperX Fury - 2x4GB 1600MHz
Processor: AMD FX-8350 Vishera 4.0GHz
Motherboard: Asus M5a97 R2.0 Am3+ Amd 970
GPU: Radeon R7 260x 2GB
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit SP 1

In the dump files, the KARNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERRORs are playing LoL, and the others CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION were while streaming playing Age2.
