BSOD Whea uncorrectable error 0x00000124

Hello everybody, i am writing because ive been having this issue for the last 6 months.
My laptop is a Lenovo Z51-70 with an intel i5 5200u proccesor, 4gb ram, Seagate Samsung 1Tb HD and Ati Radeon R7 m360 2gb dedicated GPU.
BSOD happens in random way, sometimes watching a 10 minutes video on Youtube or simply using Word text editor. In other way, somedays i can see a full movie on netflix or listen to music on spotify for hours and nothing happens.
The bsod happens not only with power ac adapter plugged but also just with battery. When BSOD occurs if i let Laptop rest for 15/20 minutes it starts aganin and works fine.
Another important thing is that i can not restart/reboot the laptop because if i do that it came into a BSOD bootloop and is very diffucult to make windows initiate again.
i share my log, and hope somebody can help me because i am really frustated, the laptop is only 1 year old, but is out of warranty.
thanks in advance.
