2 random BSODs in a week - ntkrnlpa.exe

I have had 2 BSODS in a week on my work PC (only 6 month old HP ED800). First time it happened I wasn't even at the PC.

I ran BlueScreenView and each time ntkrnlpa.exe and ntfs.sys was flagged.

Can you help to see what is causing it or actions I can carry out? I have full admin on the PC.

Random BSODs at no particular time, sometimes it takes a week or more. It is completely random, sometimes under load, other times not. Have done memtest86 overnight with no errors, and have done HDtune with no errors. I haven't had any other issues, and not entirely sure what's going down. ...

Hey guys, So lately I've had several BSODs the past week. I updated my video drivers and everything seemed to be okay, but then I got a new error code (located in dmp file) and then today I received a completely different code, 0x01E. This occurs randomly, I can't recreate it. Sometimes it...

Hey there. I've been getting (seemingly) random restarts of my computer after it's been on for a while, sometimes minutes and some times it won't happen after it's been on for a day. For the last week I've been getting BAD_POOL_ERROR(s), leading me to do a chkdsk which came back clean. Today I took...

So this started out with the occasional BSOD, with various causes, such as Bad Pool Caller and Memory Management. The BSODs seem to mostly happen right when I clicked in the address bar of a new tab in Firefox. But not always. And few times, I've just had a black screen occur. I did Scannow a...
