    2 random BSODs in a week - ntkrnlpa.exe

I have had 2 BSODS in a week on my work PC (only 6 month old HP ED800). First time it happened I wasn't even at the PC.

I ran BlueScreenView and each time ntkrnlpa.exe and ntfs.sys was flagged.

Can you help to see what is causing it or actions I can carry out? I have full admin on the PC.

Hello patch mate I wouold run a test on the hard drive for starters but just before you do try unplugging it and connecting it up again

    Code:
    ADDITIONAL_DEBUG_TEXT:
You can run '.symfix; .reload' to try to fix the symbol path and load symbols.
    MODULE_NAME: volsnap
    FAULTING_MODULE: 82a4d000 nt
    DEBUG_FLR_IMAGE_TIMESTAMP: 4ce788f5
ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc000000e - A device which does not exist was specified.
DISK_HARDWARE_ERROR: There was error with disk hardware
    BUGCHECK_STR: 0x7a_c000000e
