    Physically remove it, that would prevent any issues with the device manager and/or BIOS.

    I've disabled in device manager and that's fixed the issue. Thanks for your help, really appreciate it. Any suggestions for determining if the GPU needs replacing or if its a software issue?

    If possible, seat the GPU into another slot and/or test the GPU in a different system.
