It appears that Office is illegally activated, no support is given until all piracy is removed from the system. Please see the forum rules

As requested, got rid of all remnants of the previous office installations (for some reason this pc had both 2007 and 2013) and I purchased and installed office 2016 following instructions in this link: How to activate Office 2016 Pro
Will this solve the BSOD issue? It is not an option for me to format my computer, it would be like losing a limb at this point, trying to backup every little file, re-setup preferences and add-ons and plugins, restore the folder structures and chase and reinstall gazillion little programs like calibre and irfanview and 7zip. So this is the best I can do right now. Any help is much appreciated. |
