Windows Event Viewer was unable to load events.

Run the DM Log Collector again and upload a new zip.

Is there a specific updated driver I should get from Dell?

Thank you,

Sorry, but I can't be more specific than 'chipset'. There is only 1 driver having 'chipset' in its name according to what I see

Okay, I checked for the latest drivers and found
three out of date. Dell also updated the BIOS.
So, I'll see how these updates do. Hopefully,
I'll get no more BSODs.

Thank you for your assistance!

I haven't had any computer crashes since updating the drivers/BIOS at Dell. Thanks again! I'm running MS Essentials and looking at the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Free. It comes as part of the full version with a 14-day trial period before only the free on-demand scanner can be used. My concern is with MSE and Malwarebytes both running on my computer until the 14 days ends. Will both applications running at the same time bog down the performance? Thanks for your help.

Malwarebytes can run alongside most AV's (including MSE) without issues.
