BSOD/crash whenever I am playing a Blizzard game (Error 0x000000f4)

Hello everyone. For the past few months I have been getting blue screens whenever I play or have a Blizzard game running on my PC (EXCEPT for Hearthstone) through their battle.net launcher. At first it was KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR, And we fixed that running a script suggested on the microsoft support site. However, after about 2 weeks the same BSOD came back. AVG turned up no threats, and Malwarebytes found nothing (However suddenly it scanned my music folder incredibly slow ever since then) SFC scan said that it found corrupted files but could not repair them, and CHKDSK found no issues but was also slower than usual. I was advised to do a repair install, which I did and after doing all my windows updates I am now getting a new BSOD (again only on Blizzard games) which has error code 0x000000f4. I have also noticed that sometimes before it blue screens it will stop using the audio and/or close my other programs such as skype and WMP, and will not allow me to go to my desktop as my taskbar is missing. If I try to CTRL+Alt+DLT it says -
"Failure to display security and shut down options. The logon process was unable to display security and logon options when CTRL+ALT+DELETE was pressed. If the operating system does not respond, press ESC or restart the computer by using the power switch."

Again this doesn't happen when playing Arma 3, Hearthstone (Which is a Blizzard/Battle.net launcher game) or League of Legends for example. I've been told it could be 3 possible things; a RAM issue, failing power supply, or a failing system HDD. Other people have told me that it's fixable in some way and isn't hardware related. Can anyone help me here?

EDIT: I forgot to mention the Blizzard games I suffer BSODs on, which are WoW and Heroes of the Storm. Thanks for your time and help in advance.

I had CCleaner closed and not monitoring when i did the DM log collector, and i noticed it said:
    Copying mini dump files
The system cannot find the path specified.
    done

    Anything else possibly blocking that?

EDIT: I ran the SURT and it almost immediately said "The update is not applicable to your computer"

I would like to add that I do no suffer BSODs when I'm just watching youtube, surfing the net or anything of the sort. It's only when playing these WoW and Heroes of the Storm. It also occured when playing For Honor, but I don't have that game anymore.

Would like to add that sometimes my computer also hangs randomly, I'm not sure why, but it doesn't matter what Im doing, i might open a new tab on google and it won't load. While i can move the mouse and such, the tab will load forever, and anything else loading at the time (e.g WMP, opening My Computer) will also stop loading. Not sure if this is relevant as it may be a separate issue.

    Hi Relegator,

Had a look at the update log, something doesnt look quite right.
The only updates showing are for the initial reinstall date, there should be more.

can you reset windows updates --- to download but let me choose.
Select ONLY 1 try and install it.

What do you mean by reset windows updates? Sorry but I don't understand, do you mind explaining or linking me to a page that does so?
