BSOD during sleep mode, error BCCode:9f

Hello

I went to wake up my PC this morning after putting it on sleep mode the day before and instead had to turn it on instead of waking it up.

I was given this information when I logged onto my desktop

Seeing lots of removed malware history and a known Windows/Office crack logs, what malware did your system have?
Asking, because certain infections can cause serious trouble with BSOD troubleshooting.

Unfortunately, because it is not clear what Microsoft security software has removed.
