Seeing lots of removed malware history and a known Windows/Office crack logs, what malware did your system have?
Asking, because certain infections can cause serious trouble with BSOD troubleshooting.

    Will that do?

Unfortunately, because it is not clear what Microsoft security software has removed.

    Diagnostics Test

     Malware scan

Please run a full scan with your AV, scan your system with Adwcleaner, Kaspersky TTDSKiller, ESET Online Scanner and SuperAntiSpyware

    Please upload the scan logs.
       Note
Eset and others may detect threats that are quarantined by others
