    Bad_Pool_Header / Special_pool_Detected Memory Corruption BSOD

Hi guys, recently came across Bad Pool header / Special Pool Detected memory corruption BSOD after running Driver verifier last night (I have attached Dump file per instructions on here).

Anyways, I have run SFC disk check, memory test (both windows program and the other program) through about 12 passes, no errors. My video card drivers are up to date, I just do know what else could be causing this issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! :)

Please fill in your system specs
Please follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely including PSU, cooling and other used stuff like mouse, keyboard, monitor, case, etc.
The PSU, cooling and other stuff are NOT mentioned in the tool.

In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'. After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.

See if updating, or reinstalling, the chipset drivers improves the stability.
    Code:
    4: kd> lmvm asmthub3
    Browse full module list
    start end module name
    fffff880`06672000 fffff880`06695000 asmthub3 T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: asmthub3.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\asmthub3.sys
        Image name: asmthub3.sys
Browse all global symbols functions data

Just see I made a mistake, it isn't the chipset driver but USB 3.0 driver

Hi axe, can you please point me in the right direction on which USB 3.0 driver to install? There are two on motherboard website, intel and motherboard brand.
    Thanks

You need the ASRock Asmedia USB driver.

Ok, I also read somewhere that the intel USB 3.0 drivers are also necessary because of the ports they use
