Computer shuts down at random and displays BSOD

    Good Day.

For the past week or so I have been having problems with my PC. I would appreciate some assistance in dealing with the issues. I will list some of them:
    • Sometimes when it starts, it goes to the blue screen and says something about BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO, along with a long list of other things. At the bottom is a the following technical int: *** STOP: 0x00000074 etc
    • When it does start, it shuts down at random.
When I boot from a Repair disc, it works sometimes but other times a Windows Boot Manager page comes up and a message is displayed saying The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

Please note that these things occur at random at at different time intervals. Sometimes for hours I cannot get it to work.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Please run the DM Log Collector again and upload a new zip, the current uploaded one misses several logs.
You could check if there are
    1. 18 .txt,
    2. 1 .nfo,
    3. 1 or more .dmp,

files present, if this is the case then all logs are present :)
If there are a few missing, no problem as we can get them manually if required :)

Run this command in an admin command prompt, it'll create some files on the desktop. Select the files, copy them to a zip file and upload the zip.
    Code:
    copy %SystemRoot%\minidump\*.dmp "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\"&dxdiag /t %Temp%\dxdiag.txt&copy %Temp%\dxdiag.txt "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\SFdebugFiles\"&type %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts >> "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\hosts.txt"&systeminfo > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt"&driverquery /v > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\drivers.txt" &msinfo32 /nfo "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\msinfo32.nfo"&wevtutil qe System /f:text > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\eventlog.txt"&reg export HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\uninstall.txt"&reg export "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components" "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\installed.txt"&net start > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\services.txt"&REM wmic startup list full /format:htable >"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\startup.html"&wmic STARTUP GET Caption, Command, User >"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\startup.txt"
    Files that are created:
    • *.dmp,
    • dxdiag.txt,
    • hosts.txt,
    • systeminfo.txt,
    • drivers.txt,
    • msinfo32.nfo,
    • eventlog.txt,
    • uninstall.txt,
    • installed.txt,
    • services.txt,
    • startup.txt

    Good Morning

axe0: Yes, That is everything that was created.

torchwood: Motherboard was change on June 19. This was because the computer had stopped working - the fans and hard drive were getting power but the computer did not POST, and there was nothing on the monitor.

When the motherboard was replaced we did not repaste the CPU. Thinking that this could be one of the problems, we opened, cleaned and did the repasting on Thursday evening after your assistance was sought. I have not gotten a blue screen since. However, the log files that axe0 said I should be getting are just not there even though I ran the DM Log Collector several times.

Than you, and looking forward to your response.

    Hi axe0, torchwood

I have done over the requests you made.

Using the dm log collector I got the following:Attachment 400552
Inserting the command you gave at the admin command prompt I got the following:Attachment 400551

I must point out that I still have not seen the blue screen again. However, it seem that some of the files I am supposed to have are still not there or are different. I hope these files will help, and I still look forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you very much.

    Hi shstudent,

Not BSOD expert, but im sure @axe0 will confirm it, one way or another
The major bugcheck relates to the base NTFS file configuration
(clean install required not an image/clone it will have the wrong info)
As i mentioned earlier re Motherboard swap, possible incompatibility causing this.

There also appear to be misconfigured services and your Nvidea subscription has expired.
