BSOD Thinkpad E560 Windows 7 when left in sleep mode

    Hi,

I recently got a new Thinkpad with Windows 7 and have been getting BSOD when I leave it in sleep mode for a while. I am attaching the log files here. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Diagnostic Test

     DRIVER VERIFIER

       Warning
Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
    Please create a restore point.

Please follow this tutorial to run driver verifier.

Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation.

Driver verifier should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

       Note
Your system will act very sluggishly while driver verifier is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.

I setup verifier but wasn't able to get back into windows so had to delete it via safe mode. I was able to generate the log files from last BSOD. can we use the attached dump files to figure out what's causing BSOD?

Please uninstall everything of Intel graphics using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Lenovo. Be sure to ONLY install the drivers using custom/advanced options.

    Code:
    0: kd> lmvm igdkmd64
    Browse full module list
    start end module name
    fffff880`0687b000 fffff880`0732b000 igdkmd64 T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: igdkmd64.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\igdkmd64.sys
        Image name: igdkmd64.sys

    Not solved quite yet

    Thanks for your responses.
So I reinstalled the Intel Driver via Lenovo and I was able to go by a couple of days without BSOD until I got one today again. I am attaching the dump file. Could this be another Driver? This time it says crash caused by ntoskrnl.exe

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 7 Forums

       Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

    Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.

    Thanks for responses

I contacted Lenovo and they asked me to run full system check and it passed all. So they asked me to shop for repair since it's pre new laptop.
