    Diagnostic test

     GPU TEST

Run Furmark to test your GPU. Furmark tutorial

       Note
Run Furmark for around 30 minutes

       Warning
Your GPU temperatures will rise quickly while Furmark is running. Keep a keen eye on them and abort the test if temperatures rise too high

Make a photo of the result and post it.

You could remove your graphics card and plug your monitor into the onboard video port. If this fixes it, then the problem is either with your video driver or your graphics card.

It sounds like it is the graphics card, not the video driver.

You could reinstall the video driver while in Safe Mode with Networking, or perhaps put an older version of the video driver. If that fixes it, then the problem was with the driver.
