BSOD getting worse after clean windows install help!

So, I have had blue screens happening off and on during gaming or any high demand rendering for awhile now and recently have had them all the time. I upgraded my graphics card from an AMD HD7850 to my current Radeon RX480. The blue screens hadn't changed since then. Once they got progressively worse over several months I decided to do a clean windows install thinking maybe I didn't uninstall and install my video drivers correctly.

When I went to go install the drivers again I got BSOD when I boot up any game. Mostly I play PUBG I used to play Heroes of the Storm fine but now it too is causing BSOD. I am attaching the associated dump files and my PC specs.

Please if anyone can help ASAP I would appreciate it.

Update: Since posting this thread I have started running Memtest86+ seeing that being a common problem in BSOD. I have both sticks tested at 6 passes with no errors if that helps with diagnostics. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I also forgot to mention when I initially went to clean install windows I would blue screen during windows updates. As well as anytime I tried to update my video drivers. I had to find the Radeon Driver Cd to get it to even download the drivers which it BSOD through but still installed them. I'm really confused.
