Hello and welcome Neumier mate it looks like you have a graphics driver issue
Now the first step to take is to update that driver and I am pretty sure this is the one you want because that is an unusual card to me at least NVIDIA DRIVERS 270.73CertifiedCode:DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: GRAPHICS_DRIVER_TDR_FAULT CUSTOMER_CRASH_COUNT: 1 BUGCHECK_STR: 0x116 CURRENT_IRQL: 0 ANALYSIS_VERSION: 6.3.9600.17336 (debuggers(dbg).150226-1500) amd64fre STACK_TEXT: fffff880`03091a58 fffff880`042fd388 : 00000000`00000116 fffffa80`095fd4e0 fffff880`0f3f7568 00000000`00000000 : nt+0x6f980 fffff880`03091a60 00000000`00000116 : fffffa80`095fd4e0 fffff880`0f3f7568 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000002 : dxgkrnl+0x5d388 fffff880`03091a68 fffffa80`095fd4e0 : fffff880`0f3f7568 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000002 00000000`00000000 : 0x116 fffff880`03091a70 fffff880`0f3f7568 : 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000002 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000000 : 0xfffffa80`095fd4e0 fffff880`03091a78 00000000`00000000 : 00000000`00000002 00000000`00000000 00000000`00000000 fffff880`042fd092 : nvlddmkm+0x14c568 STACK_COMMAND: kb FOLLOWUP_IP: nvlddmkm+14c568 fffff880`0f3f7568 4055 push rbp SYMBOL_STACK_INDEX: 4 SYMBOL_NAME: nvlddmkm+14c568 FOLLOWUP_NAME: MachineOwner MODULE_NAME: nvlddmkm IMAGE_NAME: nvlddmkm.sys BUCKET_ID: WRONG_SYMBOLS FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: WRONG_SYMBOLS ANALYSIS_SOURCE: KM FAILURE_ID_HASH_STRING: km:wrong_symbols FAILURE_ID_HASH: {70b057e8-2462-896f-28e7-ac72d4d365f8} Followup: MachineOwner ---------
Thanks for the help.
The Graphics card is a Nvidia Quadro FX540.
Nvidia points me to this driver:
NVIDIA
Version: R304 U4 (307.45) WHQL
Release Date: 2012.11.19
If I run a Windows update, I am told the driver is up to date.
The current version is 9.18.13.908 Date 1/30/2015
The Computer works fine except if I run Windows Experience, then it crashes and my printer does not work.
Hi Neumeier,
There should be an Nvidea control panel on your system, it will be in the MS control panel.
try updating from there.
Help tab >> technical support > on Nvidea page >> drivers... use thier tool
Roy
sorry late reply mate do as Roy has advised and frankly I am not a fan of the Windows update feature it is worth the electrons it takes up to run.
