Now the first step to take is to update that driver and I am pretty sure this is the one you want because that is an unusual card to me at least NVIDIA DRIVERS 270.73Certified

    Thanks for the help.

The Graphics card is a Nvidia Quadro FX540.

Nvidia points me to this driver:

    NVIDIA

    Version: R304 U4 (307.45) WHQL
    Release Date: 2012.11.19

If I run a Windows update, I am told the driver is up to date.

The current version is 9.18.13.908 Date 1/30/2015

The Computer works fine except if I run Windows Experience, then it crashes and my printer does not work.

    Hi Neumeier,

There should be an Nvidea control panel on your system, it will be in the MS control panel.

    try updating from there.
Help tab >> technical support > on Nvidea page >> drivers... use thier tool
