    Error 0x0000009f DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

Hello, I'm new here and I'd like some help please. Recently I've been having an issue where I can't shut down my PC without seeing a blue screen. I'd click 'shut down,' and it would stay stuck on 'Shutting Down' for roughly 5-10 minutes and then switch to a blue screen.

The results of the first crash dump viewed in 'BlueScreenView'

After I saw this, I re-installed my Nvidia drivers(I'm not even sure if it worked), but less than 2 hours later, I was having a slightly different variation to the report.

It went from nvlddmkm.sys to ntoskrnl.exe and I am very lost.

I'm not entirely sure if this is related, but I'm also unable to hear anything from my playback devices. When I click the tab to look at recording devices, it freezes and then crashes. I can press play on a YouTube video and it will load the bar but won't play and is stuck on infinite buffering. My Itunes and regular Windows noises are also gone.

    Please help
