Im getting random blue screens while surfing on internet.

Hi Elis25,

That lappy appears to have been shipped with W8.1.

As this is a very recent install where did you get the install media,
please run this tool, copy/paste the output

Hi Elis25,

The install is actually non-genuine.

You are using a COA sticker key, on a computer that was not sold with W7.
As i said earlier W8, if it came with downgrade rights you would have a set of installation discs.
Although currently showing as genuine i suspect it will turn non-genuine, about 28th October

As this forum does not support piracy no furhter help can be provided.
