    BSOD occurring at random times

Hello, my pc is having a lot of video drive crashes and bsods (even though the monitor just loses the signal and the pc reboots without any error messages). The strange thing is, the crashes happen a LOT less if I leave my pc turned on for about 4~5 hours without doing anything. The screen usually flashes when I'm watching some facebook or twitch.tv videos, so I guess it's related to flash player, even though it also happens when I'm using the html5 player on twitch.

Another weird thing is that twice in a row now, I did a stress test on the gpu and it went ok with no errors but almost 1 min after the stress test was over the pc rebooted with no error message, just lost signal and reset.

What could it be? I've changed my PSU recently because I thought it was the problem but the issue continued.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi happyleaf,

You appear to be running a retail motherboard with an OEM product key.

This forum does not support piracy, therefor until a valid genuine OS is in use we are unable to help you.

I thought the key was valid since I used the same one I got from my notebook on my desktop.

It's valid, but only for your notebook.

Notebook keys are preinstalled and non-transferable, it is non-genuine as soon as you install it on a different system.
