    Random BSOD Clock_Watchdog_Timeout

This BSOD I am asking for a friend who has a Ryzen 5 build and keeps getting a BSOD randomly when ever his computer is running. Whether he is gaming or using Google Chrome, his system will crash and give him the error Clock_Watchdog_Timeout. I have tried my best to help him but I'm not sure how to analyze a DMP file. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thank you :)

Unfortunately the minidump is insufficient in telling what caused it,
A clock_watchdog_timeout indicates that a core hung, another core responds by crashing the system. The core responding to the hung core saves its data to the dump, but that data is not the data we want, the data we want is the data from the hung core which is only available in a kernel dump.

Besides of that, your friend seems to be running an old version of Windows 10 that is not supported anymore. It is highly recommended to update Windows to the newest version of Windows 10, there's a good chance the update fixes the problem.

Last, please create a thread at BSOD Crashes and Debugging - Windows 10 Forums if your friend continues to get crashes.
