The video drivers crashed, because Windows was unable to recover them after an invalid parameter was passed.

Since I have pretty much no information about your system, I'll post all suggestions for this crash that come to mind
  1. Make sure the video drivers are up to date, if you're using a laptop make sure you update or reinstall the latest drivers from the laptop manufacturer
  2. Make sure the BIOS is updated, it may also help to reset the settings to default.
  3. If anything is overclocked, it likely contributes to the problem, revert the overclock
  4. If you're using multiple GPU's and/or monitors:
  • Verify that your PSU can handle the system adequately
  • Check the temperatures of your system, make sure there's no overheating
  • Make sure all cables are connected properly, I would recommend to reconnect all cables one by one
  • Remove all GPU's and disconnect all monitors until you have only 1 of them, test the system to see if it helps, if it doesn't help seat the GPU in a different slot.
If you have any questions, or feel overwhelmed, please do not hesitate and let me know so I can clarify :)
