Windows 7 Ultimate x64
BSOD frequently while using Chrome.

It has happend for a long time since early 2017, I try to fix the hardware and stuff but it doesn't work. It only happens when I'm using Chrome to browse the web. And the minidump folder is empty but there is another folder named LiveKernelReport has the dump files. Please look into this
Thanks in advance.

Thx for your reply. Above is the result of the tool.
There is something but when I switch to Firefox, the BSOD happens a lot less. Don't know if that can help you.
And thanks again for looking into this.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Are you sure that my OS is not genuine? Cause I bought the key 4 years ago by myself and after many re-install of Windows 7 and it's still activated by this key everytime. The System properties says it's activated? So I have been scammed or something?
Anyway, thanks again for looking into my problem.
