BSOD while Internet browsing (?)

Hi everyone !
Just coming to you with a BSOD from my parents' computer (running a Windows 7 Pro 32 bits). They don't know much about computers, so they didn't reboot the PC since then and I don't really know what my dad was doing when it happened (I guess he was just on Google Chrome tho, as he said he was using Internet).

Anyway, I attached the informations gathered with your tool and I'm here to know if you can help me to find the issue - and if it's hardware related or not

Hope you can help,

Kalloway

Hello and welcome Kalloway now mate I cannot open the dump file it is in soem form that I cannot open so can you please follow these and resend Plus some info on the system please
Now before we can help we do need to know what is in your machine so please do this System Info - See Your System Specs
or either enter the specs of your system in your forum profile the specs will appear when we click on that little box bottom left of the post screen it is for me the preferable option as it is easy. As you may appreciate it is very hard when you don’t know what one is working with for example a diesel or petrol engine.

Hi Kalloway.

That a very old computer, it certainly didnt come with that OS, (XP/Vista)
Therefor no W7 drivers show on its homepage, allthough a BIOS update is available.

Is it showing as non-genuine
It has a Volume MAK product key on it, and updates are failing.
Repair install or clean install July
Also appears to be registered to a Train Station??
Station de travail autonome

Can you run this tool, copy/paste the output
