Windows 7 Computer Crashes/BSOD on Shut Down

    Hi all,

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I've been having trouble lately shutting down my pc. Everytime I try to shut down, it stays on the "shutting down" screen for several minutes before crashing and blue screening. It then restarts and I repeat the process over and over until I simply turn off the power. I've included my pc info and the minidump files from the crash here. Any help is appreciated. I've installed a lot of new hardware recently and that is my guess, but I can't analyze these crash files on my own. Thanks for your time.

I tried updating the ASMedia USB 3.0 Hub driver by the device manager auto update and tried a third party program as well. It's weird, the problem stops when I take out my logitech keyboard and mouse out of my SS USB 3.0 slots and into regular 2.0 USB slots. Weird stuff.

    Hi Volkyr,

You don't want to use third party software, the best is to use the support page of ASUS.
