"ALL" drivers are up to date. I'm pretty sure I've stated that several times.
Also by multiple playback devices, I also refer to multiple parts of the single Realtek device. i.e. If the Realtek Speakers and Digital Outputs are both enabled it causes the BSOD. If just one Realtek output is active along with the Logitech headphones output it causes a BSOD.
The only way to prevent the BSOD right now is to have just one playback output enabled.
