win7 64 Appcrash I0APIC ID Mismatch Base FEC00000H HELP

Help?
I have a alienware Aurora running Win7 64 sp1 home premium, I reciently reinstalled the OS and everything was going for for a few days.

Today it kept on freezing up and I receiver a quick message that I was low on memory (never had that issue before)

I went into selective setup and just selected the only important programs, That helped for a few min and then I say the usage climb again in my tack manager performance tab.

Next I ran something and got a message that the superfetch was tuned off , so I went into services and turned that on. that helped.

Next I put in the Alienware recourse disk and ran a diagnostics on the memory.

This is what I saw:
APPCRASH
I0APIC
ID Mismatch
Base FEC00000H
APIC:06H
Apic: 16H

I ran a full diagnostics on the memory 2x and all passed.

No Im at a loss on what to do next, my memory usage is was down from where it was but I still get the ID Mistatch when I run the test.

Could this be a hard ware issues , even though all text passed for the memory?

Or sotware issue, I was having a driver issue when I reinstalled the OS as i could not find the serial ata driver, I try try a lot of different drivers w/o and luck and then I remember that the correct driver was on the Ailenware resource disc which fixed it right up.

Next Im going to run the Alienware online diag (it would not let me before due to lack of memory) and will try and post the results here.

I hope that this is not too serious as I never had this issues before.

About the Alienware Aurora desktop, its old and the first version I believe.

TIA..

P2 tests:

I ran the Alienware Diag fon the memory it passed the regular test as well as the stress one.

Passed the Alienware online stress w/o any issues and also passed the Alienware Memory stress test w/ flying colors and the PC seems to be working the best it has in a long time. WOul it be possible that when I ran the Alieware diag from the disk it was a false positive or it fixed it itself?
