    BSOD upon reboot, DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION error

Whenever this computer reboots the display will go entirely black without the computer shutting off, totally non-responsive. If I force power it down it will BSOD upon boot with the DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION error. Another forced reboot will let it power back up without issue.

I've tried updating outdated drivers (BIOS, audio, video). I disabled AV (Bitdefender). Changed the chipset driver from the default "Intel..." to "Standard SATA AHCI Controller," a common fix online. Also happens if I reboot to boot into Safe Mode. Any suggestions?
