BSOD while browsing

From Event Viewer in sequence over 1 second prior to the BSOD ~

The Diagnostic Service Host service entered the running state.
The Human Interface Device Access service entered the running state.
The Diagnostic System Host service entered the running state.
The Portable Device Enumerator Service service entered the running state.
The Network List Service service entered the running state.
The WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service service entered the running state.
The Application Experience service entered the running state.

BSOD

dm log collector file attached.
