tutorial that i find to resolve this issue is using bcdedit in cmd and repair the value of truncatememory and numproc, but mine doesnt show the value of truncatememory and numprox in bcdedit windows boot loader so it doesnt work

in bcdedit windows boot loader it shows that OS device is in partition D , but what i remember is I install the OS in partition C not D

Hello and welcome bolobolo mate first up please follow these and post back
    SYSTEM SPECS
Now before we can help we do need to know what is in your machine so please do this System Info - See Your System Specs
or either enter the specs of your system in your forum profile the specs will appear when we click on that little box bottom left of the post screen it is for me the preferable option as it is easy. As you may appreciate it is very hard when you don’t know what one is working with for example a diesel or petrol engine.
    (pretyped to save time)

Then please run these and post back results.

    Hi bolobolo,

Based on the error code provided, I suspect either of the following is causing your problem
    - hard drive
    - ram

    Please run the following tests
RAM - Test with Memtest86+ - Windows 7 Help Forums - min. 8 passes (not tests)
SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use - Windows 7 Help Forums - run the LONG test
