The collected files folder is created when the code in the quote is entered in an admin command prompt, just done a little test and you should hit enter.

I tried it several times but it did not create the Folder?

After the first try, I was able to Select All from the CMD Screen and copy and paste the Attached.

After the second and third try to create the Desktop Folder, the CMD Screen would allow me to Select All but not to Copy and Paste?

    Please do 2 things,
    1. Make sure to run command prompt as administrator, it is require as the most important logs, the dumps, can't be collected without administrator rights (right click command prompt and choose 'Run as administrator').
    2. Delete the Collected Files folder before running the command, if you don't you may get messages about existing files and be asked to overwrite them everytime the command is run.

My wife, who is 71, fell last night and is in the Hospital awaiting a hip operation. I must be with her and will not be responding as frequently as I might. Thank you for your help. I will be back on this as time allows. We would appreciate your prayers.

    Hi Mike,

Sorry for the late response, the flu just hit me.

I'm sorry to hear that, I hope the operation goes well and you're both home sound and well soon.

I am having difficulty uploading? I'll try again.

    Friday March 23, 2018.

Somehow, our PC powered down during the last five days, its on a UPS so who knows what happened.

I re-ran the CMD procedure and will upload the results.

I also took a screen shot of what was run and will upload it also.

I hope the Flu has subsided.

It ran thru our community about one month ago.

I am heading back to the Hospital to be with my wife.

They inserted a Titanium Rod in her right femur.

They are working to get her walking, so far she barely stands.

Once she can walk, she will be transferred to a Re-Habilitation Facility.

    Best regards,

    Mike Lynch
