Malware IMO, it can cause both those messages you posted as well as crashes. Have you run a malware scan?

This is what I have done since this first started:

    I have run RKILL>
I have MSE running all the time.
I have run MRT /F:Y at least twice.
    I have run Malwarebytes.

None of the above have reported any thing found.

    Best regards,

    Mike

You're aware RKill should only be used if there's malware present that interrupts security programs, and only stops any services and processes and does nothing else?

    Check HP for BIOS updates.

Yes, there is a BIOS Update at HP.
I follow the procedure to install it.
It does the procedure but does not update the BIOS.
I have left a Post on the HP Forum about this three or four days ago.
There have not been any responses yet.

Did you contact HP support about it?

I have posted on the HP Forum.
No response yet as to why the FLASH Procedure does not work.
It runs and appears to work however, the new BIOS is NEVER loaded / installed.
I am at a loss until there is some additional feedback on how to make it work.

Yes, but make a ticket in their support system as well.

My PC now has the most current BIOS installed.

I will go back and collect the information you requested.

My wife is out of Rehab and doing well using a Walker, next week she will try a Cane.

    Thanks for everyone's patience.
