Unwanted POP-UP and Windows-7 recovery(s) for no known reason?

I keep getting the Attached POP-UP and want to get rid of it.
    Where is it coming from?

Coincidently, about the time we started getting the POP-UP we started getting Windows-7 recovery(s).
Windows somehow always seems to recover but I am afraid.
It never tells us what happened just that it recovered from a serious problem.

I ran MRT /F:Y and the Safety Scanner but the conditions still persist.

    Please help if you can.

That's clearly NOT from Windows or anything like that. It seems one of those flaky websites that promise fix every problem in your computer, when there's actually none.

Most likely, it's some kind of malware. Run an antivirus scan, and of course be ready to reformat if something bad appears.

Additional information Restart becoming more frequent.

About every 30 minutes an unscheduled reboot.

That's a separate issue. It seems a BSOD report, nothing related to the other issue.

Is there a way to re-post my post in the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH Forum?

I do not see a *Collected Files* folder on my desktop?
Is it created by the 'cut and paste' function.
While I cut and pasted, it appears that the nothing happened.
Do I need to hit enter or say start to cause the cut and paste code to run?
