BSOD 0x124 after CPU Fan Error

I was playing CS:GO for a few hours when the game began stuttering, I tried to restart but upon booting got an error message on the American Megatrends page saying "CPU FAN ERROR" and the PC would not boot.

I went into BIOS and the CPU Fan did not appear to have a speed, it just said N/A, I disabled monitoring of the CPU fan to boot and now the CPU fan shows a speed and I am monitoring again.

But now when trying to boot it doesn't even get to the user selection screen, i just get a BSOD error 0x124 and can only launch in safe mode which is where I am writing this from.

I haven't installed anything new or made any changes, my CPU isn't overclocked and as of a few minutes ago is at 44 Degrees Celcius.

I have opened the case and used a can of compressed air to blow out dust from the PC and from the fans but I still get the BSOD and can only launch in safe mode.
