    BSOD not creating Minidumps

Having an issue with BSOD error 0x124 but can't get any help as my PC won't create dump files for the BSOD.

I've gone into Control Panel -> System -> Advanced Settiongs -> Startup and Recovery and set write debugging information to small memory dump with write an event to the system log ticked.

Despite doing this I never have anything in my minidump file, I've tried changing the directory from the default one on my C drive to my E hard drive and it still does nothing.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

BSOD's related to disk errors or the disk SATA connection to the motherboard will often cause minidump creation to fail. Open the event log in event viewer and see if there are any hard disk errors reported.

Nothing showing under hardware events and I've searched for any errors including "disk" or "drive" and it hasn't found any.

I made sure the HDD and SDD were seated and connected properly as well, still no luck
