SFC Scan -- Is it dead?

Should I bother trying to get this to work or should I just go ahead and reinstall? It's been a while since I looked at these logs so Im a bit rusty. What you guys think?

    Edit:
A bit of background here. The first issue that popped up here was the downloads folder was corrupt. Then, Quickbooks keeps crashing after about 5 minutes. No other users have this and I installed QB on about 11 pc's and a server. I ran a few HD tests with Seatools and they all passed. Tried running sfc scan but it kept stalling at 29%. I ran Dism and did windows updates as well as ran dell command to ensure updates and drivers are up to date. After doing all that, I was able to get the sfc scan to run to 100% but its still finding corruptions, like... a lot of them. If someone needs the whole log let me know and I'll upload it. Thoughts?

If you won't lose your data, and if you have your install key to be able to activate the software, I would definitely reinstall the software.

But before you do anything, be sure to do a complete backup of your hard drive using Macrium Reflect Free or some other popular aftermarket backup software.
