Constant BSOD every 2 hours randomly, see for more info

ive been encountering a dreading BSOD every two hours or so for almost 6 months now. i did get a friend to come over and check everything out, i had two BCCodes and he figured out that i needed new ram as one of my sticks was faulty. i swapped out my ram and im still getting the dreaded BSOD but not as often(it used to be about every hour to an hour and a half). its starting to get annoying and im not the smartest with diagnosing computers or will i even go out my way to learn, so here i am. heres all the info i can give.

    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1033

    BCCode: d1
    BCP1: 0000000000000007
    BCP2: 0000000000000002
    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: FFFFF8800176C0D2
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

the file provided is the log collector of my pc, theres like 50 dmp files in there. im stuck and i need help, ive checked drivers and have thought about doing a fresh boot and re installing windows 7.

thanks for stopping by and hopefully helping me resolve my issue :)

    Hi zHighTimes,
try running this BlueScreenView - NirSoft
will help you narrow down your BOSD error

i have downloaded and tried out the bluescreen viewer, its a foreign language to me still but i do see some reoccuring files followed by some randoms ones. ill attach some images of them but it seems to be ntoskrnl.exe and storport.sys that pop up frequently. i have two bug check strings(DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL-bcc d1)(KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED-bcc 1e). from here on, i have no clue what im doing.

Repair Install rather than fresh, keeps your files, folders, programs, music, video, etc. just replaces windows.
