Random BSOD, files point to memory?

Hi all,

First I would like to thank you for taking the time to help me with this situation. I truely have no idea what is causing these blue screens. Memory tests have been performed along with booting the system with only one stick of ram to ensure all sticks are good, cpu and gpu burn in tests, hard drive scans. If i am missing a test I may just not remember it off the top of my head.

This issue has been happening for the past four months, i have attached all dump files here:

Dump Files - Zez - Google Drive

And have uploaded them to the forum as well.

Dump files - Zez.zip

If there is anything that yall need me to do or tel lyou please, feel free to ask. The only PC game i play regularly on this rig is League of Legends and some of these blue screens happen when im just browsing the internet. Any advice or input is appreciated.

Once again thank you for your time.

Respectfully,
Zezerrian

Please start with the following, I'd like to see how much updating the drivers affect the system.

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver, you can use this tutorial to do so NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems - Windows 7 Help Forums

BSOD usually when waking from sleep. Dumps point to different files.
This is a computer I built for my parents so some of this info is second hand. The blue screens occur a few times a week. Usually it happens when they tap the keyboard to wake up the computer. They say the power light comes on, then goes off, then back on, then by the time the monitor comes on...

Random BSOD that seem to point to afd.sys and netio.sys
Hi, for the last few days I've been getting quite a few random bsods that have pointed to either afd.sys or netio.sys. I'm not very tech savvy so I have no idea what this means. I've attached the files and performance report for someone to take a look at. Please, any help you could give me would be...
