Windows 7 Ultimate x64,
Win7 BSOD after installing video driver

Hello guys i would like some help if it is possible please cuz i'm running out of options
My problems started like 2 days ago when i was playing a random game .. i started hearing a strange noise on my speekers and i knew it .. it was the gpu error cause i was runing into something like this few times before .. or at least this is what i thought it was ..
this is happening only with the new drivers installed from nvidia .. to get rid of this BSOD before i installed manufacture driver like an old one and everything was running perfectly with no problems

I had the last nvidia Driver installed

before BSOD i saw a message like nvidia driver crash and had to restart pc .. after that i wasn't able anymore to acces NVIDIA Control Panel

so my problem now is after that BSOD my windows crash after i see the LOGO
gives a blue screen and something that i cannot write that fast

so i said to install the manufacture driver back and now even with the old one that i had no Problems now i get blue screen after Windows Logo

after seeing i'm not able to load windows normally and only in safe mode . i said to reinstall windows again and maybe it fix but no chance ... even with new windows i run into the same problem when i install nvidia drivers

i can load windows in normal mode if i have the driver uninstalled

i have win 7 sp1

also my sound is gone after installing nvidia drivers

the only way to not get BSOD is to uninstall all components of nvidia drivers and i also used DDU

Here's my specs:
CPU - intel quad core q8300
Mobo - msi g41m-p26
RAM - Corsair 8 GB
PSU - Argus 750w
GPU - gigabyte nvidia geforce gtx 460

here is the file
