BSOD When left idle, Windows 7 64bit

My computer BSOD whenever I leave it idle, it doesn't have to be 100% idle though for this to happen but never happens when I am actively using my computer. Situations the BSOD has occurred include, falling asleep with Netflix running in Chrome, leaving for work with Steam downloading some games and left idle on desktop. From what I can tell it is the same error causing it but I lack the BSOD troubleshooting experience to pinpoint the problem. I have followed the BSOD instructions and the file created is included in this post, any help will be greatly appreciated since I normally only have a few hours to tinker with this before I have to go to sleep for my next 12 hour shift.
