BSOD On CCTV Server very frequently , Error 0x000000d1

Hi there,

Quick run down on the set up, i have 2 Enterprise rated servers running CCTV Video Management Software on windows 7 embedded, with a RAID controller running raid 0. Each server has about 6-8 4TB Enterprise rated HDD. The servers are a Promise Technology brand

Out of Server 1 & 2 per site, i constantly get called out to SERVER 2 (on two sites its always server 2) all cameras frozen and stop recording and to a BSOD message in the middle of the screen. i just reboot the server everytime and all the cameras (44 IP) come back online and start their usual recording.... until a few days to 2 weeks maximum it would freeze again. i think ive rebooted those server's 2 about 30 times... now we recently replaced server 2 at HUNTINGWOOD with a brand new one did a complete windows

now these two sites "huntingwood" & "Matraville" both have 2 servers with IP's starting from 10.100.0.11&12 connected to managed POE switch but has no parameters or vlans or anything else besides its logical ip address of 10.100.0.1.

i am not a guru but i think it has something to do with the NIC driver. the servers come with a nic card onboard with 4 ethernet ports but we add an additional TP-Link Ethernet NIC card and bind the mac address of the addon NIC (vms licensing requirement) to the VMS Software in order to function and record cameras etc etc

Would someone please be a star and help me figure out why these!!

would love to answer and provide whatever information anybody requires

Thanks in advance

Note: ive only attatched a few dump files for now but i have more if needed
