    Random BSOD - Error 0x000000d1 - W764bt

So, a few weeks ago, I decided it was time to reformat my computer. After 6 years, it was getting slower than molasses - and rather cluttered. It deserved a fresh start.

All went well, got it done and Windows freshly installed - from the disk (ISO disk, I think. It came with the computer.), all the drivers, etc reinstalled and proceeded with a nice, fresh computer. After the billion and two updates, anyway.

And then. . .the BSOD started. RARGH. It seems to happen randomly. MOSTLY when the computer is idle, but it has happened while I'm surfing the net, playing a game or simply reading email as well. (The computer is not completely idle. It's usually playing music, at least. And email is open to download, etc.)

I have had some help going over the dmp files, but after removing all the NVidia software (not the drivers themselves), making sure ALL drivers are updated, running scans (ALL of which report back error free), the BSOD continues. We FINALLY decided wiping the machine and reinstalling everything fresh - AGAIN - was a good plan. So - I did that. Very next day, when nothing was on it, except the bare security essentials - it BSODed AGAIN. *sobs*

I finally uninstalled NVidia - downloaded an older version of the drivers, and installed that. All has been quiet for the last week or so. Now, this afternoon, suddenly. . .the BSOD strikes again. Just when I was thinking I'd found the problem. *sighs*

    What I know:

All the drivers (except the NVidia driver now) are up to date.
There is not a whole lot on the computer at the moment. (Some, obviously. No point in running it if I can't *DO* anything on it.)
Avast is a *possible* culprit - but I have only read that today and am not sure if anything points to that.
"Something" is tripping the network card, according to my help. But he is unable to tell me *what*.
All my scans (sfc/memory tester, virus, malware) all come out completely clean, no errors)
The problem did not go away or change with a full-reformat and nothing but basics running on the machine. So softwarewise, it's got to be drivers/avast/malwarebytes.

None of the driver updates/downgrades, Nvidia software on/off has changed things in the slightest.

Honestly, I'm at a loss as to where to even continue looking. It's been suggested that it is perhaps, at this point, hardware issues. But. . .how on earth do I find out WHICH hardware? It's not like I have any money to go get new bits and put them in to HOPEFULLY correct something - that may not even be broken. (Do I sound a little desperate? :P) I'm also not technical when it comes to the hardware.

*sighs* Can anyone please help me narrow this down? DMP, XML and the log-collector files are attached.
I can look at the dmp file via OSROnline, but I have NO idea what it's telling me. (Actually, the only thing I can see would suggest to me that it's Malwarebytes that's causing the crashes. But I'm not positive about that, nor has it been suggested to me. So I don't know why it's mentioned in the logs. :P )

    Hi Elentarien ,

    1) There were multiple software drivers in the crash on Sat Jul 21 12:00:06.712 2018 (UTC - 5:00)

    2) Perform the following steps

    3) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    4) sfc /scannow

    5) chkdsk /scan

    6) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    7) Uninstall Avast using the applicable uninstall tool:
Avast Uninstall Utility | Download aswClear for Avast Removal

    8) Uninstall Malwarebytes using the applicable uninstall tool:
Malwarebytes Cleanup Utility download and instr... | Official Malwarebytes Support

    9) Turn on Windows defender

    10) Wait one week before reinstall the AV software

    11) Install one AV software and then wait one or two days before reinstalling the other AV software

    12) If there are no BSOD for one week and then if there are BSOD after reinstalling one or both AV software programs then find alternative AV software. If there are no recurrent BSOD then continue using the software

Where do I find that? The little utility at the link you sent earlier only pulls up that. The MB itself only says that number. There is nothing else that I can see to update it further?
