Random BSOD data collected from our Laundry Room PC

I have replaced the entire physical PC with another one.
Both were bought used from the Internet.
I tried swapping the C: Hard Drive from one to the other, no success.
I reinstalled Windows-7 Pro and did a Easy File Transfer, no success.
I ran the Memory Check app., no errors.
I ran the SFC, no errors.
    I ran Chkdsk, no errors.

    Hi Mike Lynch,
Sorry for delayed response, however, here we go

    STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Usual causes: System service, device driver, graphics driver, memory

    All Win Updates installed?
Have you checked for BIOS updates for the computers?
Is the computer hot? Report back the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of normal usage.
Upload a screenshot of the summary tab of Speccy.
Have you stress tested video cards? Most likely not this as you stated BSOD is on both machines.

    Using the most current.
Is the computer hot? Report back the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of normal usage.
How do I take it's temperature?
Upload a screenshot of the summary tab of Speccy.
    Will do.
Have you stress tested video cards? Most likely not this as you stated BSOD is on both machines.
There is no separate Video Card.

      • click Troubleshoot
      • go to the advanced options
      • choose command prompt
      • enter the below command
    4. Boot with the recovery media, see above 4 steps in option 3.
    5. Via the recovery options or recovery media, select a restore point prior enabling driver verifier

    Code:
    verifier /reset

BSODs are usually caused by a driver conflict or a piece of hardware. You said you used some easy file transfer? Does that mean the OS that was on the old computer is now on the new computer? What kind of computer? Are they both the same?

I don't know what easy file transfer is.

Perhaps there's a piece of software on there that's the culprit.

Windows Easy Transfer is a specialized file transfer program developed by Microsoft which allows users of the Windows operating system to transfer personal files and settings from a computer running an earlier version of Windows to a computer running a newer version.
Windows Easy Transfer was introduced in Windows Vista and is included in the Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 8.1 operating systems. It replaces the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard included with Windows XP and offers limited migration services for computers running Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 and Windows XP Service Pack 2. It does not transfer applications, only files and most settings.
Windows Easy Transfer was discontinued in Windows 10. Microsoft partnered with Laplink to provide a free version of PCmover Express as an alternative, for a limited time. End users also had the ability to upgrade to PCmover Professional (a paid version) which allows the transfer of applications as well.
