Live kernel reports aren't something to really worry about, it is some sort of a reliability diagnostic method for Microsoft to identify any trends of bugs and fix it if so. It is basically like a part of the system crashing (and recovering) and you typically don't notice it.
Ever experienced that your screen temporary went black, and shortly afterwards recovered? That's a 0x117 crash (TDR recovered) which wasn't fatal enough for the system to actually crash which would give a 0x116 (TDR not recovered).

I see, thank you for clarifying that for me. I updated my system specs per your request, unfortunately both my monitors are very old, I dont remember their exact model name. CPUID refused to properly display both the SPD tabs and Graphics tabs, so I took some screenshots from HWinfo instead, hopefully they will provide the information you require.

It looks like XMP is enabled, could you use the default SPD settings.

According to my BIOS settings, XMP had been disabled this whole time. Tried enabling it just now to see if it made any difference, but it didn't. CPUID SPD windows are still blank.

All of the spd tabs? Could you reseat the memory modules and see if they are detected.

Yeah, I only have 2 sticks but CPUID shows 4 slots, all of which are empty. Tried reseating them, still no luck.

It detects all slots, and should show info where the slots are used.
Which color of slots are used by the memory modules?

Both sticks use the black slots. Should I try the other color?

Unfortunately it had no effect. All SPD tabs are still blank in CPUID.

Pardon the delay in responses, I just have a lot on my plate right now.
