Dump file is dated 12/4/09. Your Time Zone is Central US Time. It is 12/3/09 in the US now.
Do you live somewhere where it's 12/4/09 - or is your computer clock a day off?

FWIW - don't let Windows Update do your drivers. Too many problems have been had due to this. It's much more reliable to update your drivers manually from the website of the device manufacturer.

The memory dump blames ndis.sys - a Windows networking component. As such I'd suggest:
- downloading the latest networking driver for your system.
- uninstall the current networking driver
- install the freshly downloaded driver.

Here's the memory dump analysis:

An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If kernel debugger is available get stack backtrace.
Arguments:

Install 7/17/2009 ASUS PC ProbeII V1.04.72 Install Program for Windows 32/64bit XP & 32/64bit Vista & 32/64bit Windows 7
from here:

http://support.asus.com/download/dow...Language=en-us

This should give you a new Asio.sys file.

Check that file's date after (C:\Windows\System32\drivers). If it is still 2007, uninstall the whole thing and have a look at this:

Use that link to completely get rid of that utility and the driver from the system. The info there seems helpful.

Try to just uninstall it normally. Then check if the driver is still on the system after a reboot. If it is, follow things there that people are saying, to get rid of it.

Main goal is to get asio.sys off of the computer.

0xA stop error.

Two things you can try to do are to update to latest bios and also run Memtest86+ overnight to test the RAM.
