Windows 7 Keeps Shutting Down, Several Times in the last two months

Windows 7 has been shutting down lately for no apparent reason, several times in the last two months, everytime has happened while I'm away prom the computer, so I don't see anything happening, when I'm back PC is just off. I don't recall installing any new programs, perhaps an update to an existing one? Attached is all info and dump files. Thank you! All help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Crosstalk,

I would strongly suggest to update your Windows 7 system, because the updates address various issues and are likely to fix yours.

Thanks for the reply axe0. I am not sure I understand what updates you are referring to though. To the best of my knowledge, I have installed every singly required update for Windows 7 from day one until the most recent one a few days ago, every single update for windows 7 has been installed on my PC. Would you mind pointing me in the right directions then, as to what exactly you mean by "update your system".

I would really appreciate any helpful advice, all dump files were uploaded on my original post. Thank you all.

Hi Crosstalk,

Please have patience when waiting for a reply.

This is what I meant, over the years Microsoft released numberous hotfixes/updates.
Code:
Hotfix(s): N/A
Could you manually check for updates, if you have already done so please do it 1 more time and if no updates are showing up we'll continue.

My apologies. As I mentioned, I install ALL updates, I understand they are essential for stability and security for the system, I rely on this PC for all of my work, so I make sure it runs up to date for the reasons above. I just check for updates now as requested:
