Finally my computer crashed again. This time I had the settings set up for it to create a kernel dump file. Yet when I go to the start button and do a search for "%SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP", it says "no items match your search". So why is it not creating a kernel dump file?

My computer crashed again, and this time it looks like there are two dump files/folders. It won't let me read them or put them into a zip file on the desktop, so how can I share them here?

I had blue screen view create an html report of the dump file and then I put it in a zip folder. Can someone understand this report?

Here's another dump file report. They both say ntoskrnl.exe driver is the cause of my crashes. I've done memory diagnostic and my memory was fine. I tried to update several drivers but they always tell me I have the latest update, except for my video card driver. It looks like there is a newer driver for that but it said it was a gaming update so I didn't know if I should update it since I don't play games. Anybody have any idea why this driver is causing my computer to crash?
