    Hi Terry Perd,

Did you run it in an Elevated Command Prompt?

    (1) Click Start.
    (2) In the search box type cmd.
    (3) Right-click the cmd icon from the search results under Programs and select Run as administrator.
    (4) The elevated command prompt window will now open.

For pasting the code into the elevated command prompt, you need to use the mouse right-click and paste for this as CTRL+V doesn't work.

    I hope this helps!

There appears to be a bug with the installed Realtek wifi driver that occurs when it's trying to create a Memory Descriptor List for the memory buffer, possibly forgotten to check something.

Check Toshiba for driver updates, it's very likely that an update resolves the issue.
